Yo! My name is Tyler Trettin. I am 24 years of age and currently go to college in Rexburg, Idaho. I love all things Basketball. I have two favorite teams in the Los Angeles Clippers and the Utah Jazz. I know you are probably thinking I am not loyal and probably a band wagoner, and to that I say, you are probably right. I also love listening to music in my free time. There is nothing more rewarding to me than being with family and friends. I love them all so much and am grateful for every single one of them.

Through years of ups and downs with anxiety, depression, and OCD I have realized that I am ready to make a change in my life. I have tried before and succeeded only to find myself back where I started. This time it's going to stick! I want this blog to be a place where you can see my change and hopefully be inspired to change your life. Don't expect huge miracle stories though. This is going to be a very open and honest place. I guarantee there will be ups and downs. That's just how life is, but I am hoping to create a life with a whole lot more ups than downs.
